Today, March 27, is my wifes birthday. To celebrate her special day, Ive put together some pictures and comments about her activities, accomplishments, and talents that Ive known about over the last 70 or so years that Ive known her. You can read about how we met and married by clicking HERE.

Mary Jane was born at her aunts house on North 4th Street in Lehighton, PA, but she lived with her mother and father and two brothers, one older and one younger, and an older sister in the southeast part of town called The Heights. So, all of her elementary and secondary schooling was in the Lehighton school system. It was while we were both students at Lehighton High School (LHS) that we met. Here are some pictures of her activities while she was a student at LHS. |

RDFC Choir |
We lived in Placentia, CA for 26 years and were members at Rose Drive Friends Church (RDFC), a Quaker church, where we both sang in the choir and participated in the music and drama program of the church. For a major part of those 26 years, MJ, along with two other ladies from the choir, served as a choir music librarian. In the drama program, one of the Christmas musicals we participated in was as Josephs mother and father in "Two From Galilee." She was Timna and I was Jacob. After moving to Prescott in 2002, we both were members of the choir and drama team at First Church of the Nazarene. For one of our Patriotic musical presentations, we sang with the FCN Country Singers. |

Three Kings Christmas Banner |
Three Kings Christmas Banner Inspiration for this banner came from a card we had received for Christmas in 1971, but the design and assembly of the banner were otherwise all founded on Mary Janes artistic and creative talents. The banner has been one of our favorite holiday decorations ever since. |
