Context 1. First person pronouns such as we, ours, and us, refer to Grateful Tears and the dicksblog/gratefultears/ web site. Second person pronouns such as you and yours refer to those persons, groups, or other entities submitting a Request for Service to this web site. 2. Submitting a Request for Service implies that you have read, accept, and agree to the terms presented in documents appearing on this site including but not limited to the Our Policies web page. |

Your Privacy 3. Your privacy is important to us. We will not share any information that you submit to us with any third parties, including but not limited to email addresses, pictures, or any other information you send to us related to the creation of your slideshow-style video. 4. We will keep the information you send us for editing purposes for a maximum of three calendar months, after which time such information will be deleted, purged, and otherwise removed from our possession. |

Our Rights 5. We reserve the right to reject, refuse, and/or decline any Request for Service at our sole discretion with or without explanation. Reasons for rejecting, refusing, and/or declining any Request for Service include, but are not limited to, any material, pictures, images, text, etc. that we consider pornographic, profane, or otherwise inappropriate at our sole discretion. We will reject, refuse, and/or decline any material considered to be contrary to the teachings of the Bible as we understand or interpret it. |

Video Creation Standards 6. We will accept a maximum of 100 pictures/images per Request for Service you send us. If you send us more than 100 pictures/images, we will use only the first 100 for the final video. Picture/image files submitted to us are preferred in .jpg or .jpeg image format. Other picture/image file formats will be accepted or rejected at our discretion. 7. We will not alter, edit, or change the pictures/images you send us in any way. 8. Pictures/images will be presented in the final video for a duration of four seconds per picture/image including any applied transitioning treatment. In addition, a maximum of introductory and closing pictures/mages at a maximum of 10 seconds each will be inserted in the final video. You can estimate the duration/run time of the final video by multiplying the number of pictures/images submitted to us by 4 seconds, then add 20 seconds. For example, a final video containing 20 submitted pictures/images will run an estimated maximum of 100 seconds or 1 minute and 40 seconds. 9. The final video will be formatted as a .mp4 video formatted file. |
